My swim meet went fairly well yesterday. The first half was really good- I got my best time EVER in the 200 free, 1:09.4-- That's about a second faster than my previous best. And my backstroke went fairly well- I was seated first with a 1:05.5, Kelsey's a full second behind me. But she'll go faster tomorrow. And the 100 free was okay. I placed 6th, which I got QUITE upset about, and I know I shouldn't have- it was stupid. But I still did. And Jinger was being so nice and optimistic, and I'M usually the comforting/optimistic person. But she did a good job. I still don't think I have a CHANCE at high-point, which is quite a pity, but it really isn't my fault Steph and Kelsey can swim a 100 free in 56 seconds, now is it? No, but it is my fault that I can't. Sigh.........Oh, I hope you noticed the MEADOWS green and white theme going on. I think we can take Mesa. Elks just has too many kids, darn it. But Alamaca Ching, Alamaca Chow, Alamaca ChingChing, chowchowchow Boomalaca Boomalaca, Sis boom bah. Meadows Meadows RA RA RA!!!
